In the antepenultimate episode of the short-lived series Timecop, Hemmings (Cristi Conway) time travelled to the past on a cruise ship where she met her grandma Edith Thomas (Melora Hardin) as a young woman. In one scene Edith demonstrated her fighting skills and that she had learned karate. This then lead to Hemmings saying, “Grandma’s Emma Peel.”!

Radio series Too Many Oles Episode 1: www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0AfaCHP-T4Radio version of the TV episode They Keep Killing Steed. Whereas the TV episode had Tara King, the radio has Emma Peel instead. A very intriguing beginning to the story with a duplicate being made of Steed. Poor guy at the beginning whose likeness of Steed wasn’t good enough and gets killed.
